When we approached the grand entrance to Malibu 8, we were very impressed! You are greeted by a fountain as you walk through the gate to the beautiful front door that was imported from Germany. Once inside, your eyes take you up to the very high ceilings, to the gourmet kitchen which is beautifully equipped with all high end appliances and every gadget you could ever want or need, to the living area with a big flat screen TV with surround sound and the stereo system. Then there's the pool-wow! It is warm and inviting and there is a hot tub as well. The outdoor area is gorgeous and has very comfortable chairs and chaise lounges. The view is exceptional as is every inch of this residence. The bedrooms are all beautiful and the bathrooms are to die for. The service that Mead-Brown provides is second to none. If there is anything you need they are right on top of it. If there is one complaint that we had, it was with the living room furniture. It is not comfortable at all. Not the chairs, nor the sofas. Other than that, there is nothing that you need, everything is there and Mark Mead makes sure that your every wish is his command. You can't go wrong with Malibu 8.
